The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it. -Michelangelo

My Teaching Career
I began my path to teaching when I took a job as a long term substitute at a small, private pre-school. It was a challenge because I had no training and very little direction, but I loved it. I then changed my major at school and got a full time job as a paraprofessional in Rockdale County. I worked there for a whole year and then they moved me to the special education paraprofessional position. I am now working full time as the special ed parapro, while gaining priceless experience, and taking classes in the evening in order to complete my degree in Early Childhood Education.
