My Passion for Kids

I truly enjoy working with children in an educational setting! It's important to me that a teacher be a strong advocate for the children they teach. Many of the kids I teach do not come from what you and I consider to be a healthy home-life. I may be the only one watching out and fighting for my students. I love when a child who was once a behavior problem realizes that their teachers truly are on their side, and those behavior problems just seem to melt away. I love getting to know my students individually and figuring out ways to motivate them based on their personalities, likes and dislikes. It's so rewarding when you find a career that you're passionate about! I'm very grateful to have found mine.
